Delictual damage claims
We Institute or defend Delictual damages claims in the event of an accident involving a motor vehicle registered in the name of the company or sole owner, and where the driver at the time was acting in the course and scope of his/her employment with the company.
Contractor disputes
Disputes with contractors for poor workmanship in respect of repairs / alterations to the business premises, including branch or satellite offices.
Tenant eviction
Eviction of tenants from both commercial and residential premises, where the company is in the business of leasing property to 3rd parties, limited to a maximum of 5 such evictions per annum.
Appeal or Review
One Appeal or Review where we had assisted with the main case which is the subject of the appeal or review, but subject to the overall cover limit of the main case (i.e. an Appeal or Review is seen as a continuation of the main case, and not as a separate case with its own cover limit) and provided that in the sole discretion of us or our appointed Service Provider, there are prospects of success (merits) in the appeal or review.
