The Islamic Commercial Property Finance product allows you to finance new or existing commercial or rental stock property in conformity with your faith.

Benefits of Islamic Commercial Property Finance

Our product is based upon the Diminishing Musharaka principle, whereby the agreement operates as follows:

The bank acquires an interest in the property up to the approved finance amount.
The joint interest is proportionately divided by each party's contribution.
You purchase the banks portion over a period agreed with you.
We calculate the payments based upon a pre-agreed usage rate.

With Islamic Commercial Property Finance, you can expect the following:

Usage rates can be fixed or variable
Ability to select the usage option most suitable to you at anniversary date
Ability to purchase additional units of the banks portion at anniversary date
Re-financing options available on paid-up property
