Existing Users
To
meet legislative requirements, all users must be KYC compliant
to utilise any of our Digital Banking platforms. Note: “An error has occurred with your profile, you will not be able to login currently.”

New Users
Users
that are not KYC compliant will be required to submit supporting
documents to the bank for verification.
Step 1 – Register for Online Banking Enterprise™
As a new User, you will receive a notification containing a unique Security Code; the notification will direct you to go to the FNB home page and register for Online Banking Enterprise™.
Download the latest version of the FNB Banking App from your App store, and link your profile, using the new Username you create during the registration process.
Once you have completed the Registration process and log in to Online Banking Enterprise™ for the first time, you may be prompted to submit supporting documents to the bank for verification.
