Verifying Digital Users

Existing Users

To meet legislative requirements, all users must be KYC compliant to utilise any of our Digital Banking platforms.

Note:
If the user's access has been blocked, they will receive the following on screen message when trying to log in:

An error has occurred with your profile, you will not be able to login currently.”

To rectify this, please download and complete the User Access - Repair Link form.

New Users

When adding a new user, the user will receive a notification containing a unique Registration Code. The notification will direct the new user to go to the FNB home page and register for Online Banking Enterprise™; the registration process will require the user to verify their identity (KYC).

Users that are not KYC compliant will be required to submit supporting documents to the bank for verification.
