The Collections function enables you to collect funds from your clients in a simple and secure way.

Collections can be future dated to take place within the next 365 days.

• Group your Collections recipients into folders

• Select from a range of Collection Service Types

• Permissions to Collections functionality is allocated by your Administrator

Import Bulk Collections

You can import bulk Collection instructions into Online Banking Enterprise™ simultaneously using the Collections (.csv) template provided, or via a Bankserv (.txt) file created in your own accounting package using the file specifications provided.
