Payment not Reflecting in the Recipient's Account?

Please take note of the Online Banking Payment Rules, including Payment Clearing Times, which are noted in the Payment Cut-Off Times document. 

Where to Find it

The Payment Cut-Off Times and Business Rules document can be accessed as follows:

• Via a Payment Cut-Off Times URL at the bottom of all Payment pages inside of Online Banking.
  
• Via the Online Banking Help inside of Online Banking:

1. Log in to your Online Banking profile.

2. Select the Menu a​nd then select Help.

3. Click on the link for the Payment Cut-Off Times and Service Types document.
