Delink a Mobile Device from your Banking Profile

 

Use this function to de-link a mobile device from your Online Banking profile.


Important Information:

  • If your device has been lost or stolen, please contact Fraud on 087 575 9444 immediately to have your device delinked and your profile secured.

 

Business Rules:

  • This functionality is restricted to the Primary User (Profile Owner).
  • If you change your device, lose your device or give your device to anyone else, you must de-link that device from your Online Banking profile immediately.
  • If your device has been stolen, please contact our Fraud Team on 087 575 9444 immediately to have your device delinked and your Online Banking profile secured.

How to De-Link a Device from your Online Banking Profile

  1. Select Menu and then select Online Banking Settings.
  2. Select the Banking sub-tab.
  3. Select Devices and Browsers > View.
  4. Click on the Delink hyperlink for the respective device.
  5. A confirmation page will be displayed.
  6. Select Cancel to end the process or select Confirm to continue.
  7. A results page will display the status of your request.
  8. Click on Finish to complete the process.
