Use this function to de-link a mobile device from your Online
Banking profile.
Important
Information:
- If
your device has been lost or stolen,
please contact Fraud on 087
575 9444 immediately to have your device delinked
and your profile secured.
Business Rules:
- This functionality is restricted
to the Primary User (Profile Owner).
- If you change your device, lose
your device or give your device to anyone else, you must de-link
that device from your Online Banking profile immediately.
- If your device has been
stolen, please contact our Fraud
Team on 087 575 9444 immediately
to have your device delinked and your Online Banking profile
secured.

How to De-Link a Device from your Online Banking Profile
- Select Menu and then select Online
Banking Settings.
- Select the Banking sub-tab.
- Select Devices and Browsers >
View.
- Click on the Delink hyperlink
for the respective device.
- A confirmation page will be displayed.
- Select Cancel to end the process or select Confirm
to continue.
- A results page will display the status of your request.
- Click on Finish to complete the process.
