It's good practice to also do the following

  • Never leave your smartphone unattended when you are logged in. Do not store your account details, passwords and card PINs on your device.
  • When you decide to sell your device or have it repaired at a service centre, ensure all your personal details are removed, the FNB App is delinked and the device is reset to factory settings.
