eWallet Pro Overview
eWallet Pro provides Online Banking Enterprise™ Users with the ability to disburse cash to any individual regardless of whether the individual has a bank account.
eWallet Pro is only dependent on the eWallet holder (recipient) having a valid South African cellphone number or a debit card which is issued on-site by you, the Online Banking Enterprise™ User.
Eligible clients will be able to subscribe and open an eWallet Pro contract in real time via the Recipients Tab > eWallet Pro sub-tab.

eWallet Pro Recipients You can import multiple eWallet Pro Recipients into Online Banking Enterprise™ simultaneously using the eWallet Pro (.csv) template provided.

eWallet Pro Reversals
If you have submitted an eWallet Pro payment incorrectly, you can use this function to reverse the funds paid to the recipient’s eWallet.
Based on the available funds in the recipient’s eWallet, you can do a full or partial reversal of the payment amount.
