Payment Requests Overview

 

Payment Requests is a service that enables an FNB/RMB banked Service Provider (“Biller”) to electronically submit a bill to an FNB/RMB banked client (“Payer”) via Online Banking Enterprise™.

 

The Payer is thereafter able to view and pay the bill via any FNB/RMB Digital Channel (Online Banking, Online Banking Enterprise™, App and/or USSD).

 

The Biller can register for the service via Business Solutions on Online Banking Enterprise™.

 

   

 

Import Multiple Bills

 

Once registered, the Biller can create a bill by capturing the information directly on Online Banking Enterprise™ or alternatively, create multiple bills by importing the (.csv) spreadsheet provided.
