Add New Users |
Refer to the guidelines below on how to add new users to your banking profile and assign unique permissions to them, or copy the permissions from another user’s profile.

Guidelines for New Users |
Once you have added a new user to your Online Banking profile, the new user will automatically receive a notification containing a unique Security Code and they will be directed to register for Online Banking Enterprise™. The Security Code is only valid for 24 hours; if the Security Code expires you will need to request an Administrator to Resend the Security Code.
Share the guide below with your new users to direct them on how to register for Online Banking Enterprise™, download and link the FNB Banking App and to authenticate themselves on their first log in.

User Compliance |
To meet legislative requirements, all users must be KYC compliant to utilise any of our Digital Banking platforms.
Digital Banking users that have not confirmed and/or verified their Personal Details will be blocked from accessing and transacting on their Online Banking Enterprise™ profile.
User Access Repair If a user's access has been blocked, they will receive the following on screen message when trying to log in:
