of the Recipients, Payments, Collections or Unpaid transactions
on a profile.
- Delink Device
- The Authorised
Signatories must complete this form to request that a
user's device (cellphone) is delinked from one or more
profiles.
- Manage User Access
- The Authorised
Signatories must complete this form to request that Manage
User Access restrictions (Time, Date and/or IP Address)
are applied to a user's profile.
- Passcodes Update Form
- The Authorised
Signatories must complete this form to update a user's
Passcodes contact details, or, if a user is not receiving
one of their Passcodes via cellphone or email, to request
to switch the user’s Passcodes option temporarily to either
cellphone only or email only.
- Trust Next Login & Verify Browser
Form
- The Authorised
Signatories must complete this form if a user is unable
to login because there is not an Administrator available
to Trust or Verify their Login.
- User Access Repair Link Form
- The Authorised Signatories must complete this form
if a user’s access has been removed and the user is unable
to log in.
- User Access Unblocking Form - Lost
and Stolen Devices
- If a user’s device
(cellphone) was lost or stolen and they requested assistance
from the Fraud Centre to block their profile, the Authorised
Signatories must complete this form to request that the
user’s profile is unblocked.
- User ID Request Form
- If a user is unable
to reset their Login Credentials because they have forgotten
their Username, the Authorised Signatories must complete
this form to obtain the user’s Username.
- Online Banking Enterprise™ Deletion
Form
- The Authorised
Signatories must complete this form to request that an
Online Banking Enterprise™ profile is deleted.
