If you have submitted a payment incorrectly and the transaction has already been debited from your account and processed into the recipient's account, please follow the Payment Reversal process to have the transaction reversed.

Trend Micro will give you the essential security and privacy defence you  need to bank safely online via your PC, Tablet and/or Smartphone device.

 

The Trend Micro software can be downloaded from our website by selecting Contact Us + Tools > Security Software > Trend Micro or by logging into Online Banking Enterprise™ and selecting the Download Trend Micro link available on our News page.

 

Once you have downloaded the software, you will be issued a unique Key which you can then use to protect up to three of your devices.

 

How can Trend Micro help you?

  • It guards you against identity theft

  • It allows you to protect up to three devices, including your PC, Tablet and Smartphone  

 

 

Personal Security Key (PSK)

 

Personal Security Key (PSK)

 

The Personal Security Key (PSK) is a USB token that contains private data stored on a security chip that is unique to you. These devices are smart card chip-based devices which will store your Digital Certificate on the device.

 

Once implemented, you are required to use the token every time you logon to transact and again when authorising a transaction or instruction. In order to use the Personal Security Key you will need to enter a PIN, this will ensure no-one can access your Online Banking Enterprise™ profile without the Personal Security Key and PIN.

eForex facilitates foreign currency denominated outward payments to predetermined beneficiaries for recurring payments as well as warehousing and authorisation of future value dated payments prior to payment date.

eWallet Pro

eWallet Pro provides Online Banking Enterprise™ Users with the ability to disburse cash to any individual regardless of whether they have a bank account.

 

eWallet Pro is only dependent on the eWallet holder (recipient) having a valid South African cellphone number or a debit card which is issued on-site by you, the Online Banking Enterprise™ User.

 

Eligible clients will be able to subscribe and open an eWallet Pro contract in real time via the Recipients Tab > eWallet Pro Sub tab.

 

Once you have completed the online application, please download the forms below by clicking on the respective hyperlink and forward the completed forms to your Online Portfolio Manager.

3PIM

 

3rd Party Investment Manager

3rd Party Investment Manager is an online Third Party Funds Management system which allows 3rd Party Investment Managers such as Attorneys, Property Managers, Estate Administrators, Debt Collectors and Estate Agents to manage entrusted funds on behalf of their clients on Online Banking Enterprise™.

 

This functionality enables the 3rd Party Investment Manager to perform the following functionality via Online Banking Enterprise™:

 

  • Create and Maintain of 3rd Party Client profiles
  • Open Investment (Notice, Call and Fixed) Accounts on behalf of 3rd Party Clients
  • Perform various Instructions on the 3rd Party Clients Investment Accounts (Notice to withdraw, maturity withdrawal and reinvestment)
  • Perform Financial Transactions (Fund, Transfers, Payments) on Investment Accounts
  • Close Investment Accounts
  • View and extract the required Statements and Reports on the Trust and Investment Accounts

 

In order to use the 3rd Party Investment Manager functionality via Online Banking Enterprise™, a Trust Account needs to be opened and linked to an Investment Structure on FNB's back office systems, this can by your Relationship Manager. Once opened, you can operate the 3rd Party Investment Manager system completely independently and require no input, or assistance from a FNB bank representative.

Letters of Undertaking (LoU) is additional functionality on the 3rd Party Investment Manager (3PIM) system and allows an attorney to issue cash backed property guarantees.

 

The LoU functionality is specifically built for Attorney’s who hold a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate, as well as top-up Professional Indemnity cover. This enables attorneys to issue Letters of Undertaking at no cost. You have full control of the system and are empowered to instantly issue, cancel and pay Letters of Undertaking without any manual intervention from FNB. You have the ability to issue multiple Letters of Undertaking against an individual investment account and only pledge the portion of money required for each specific guarantee.

Instant 3PIM

 

Instant 3PIM

Instant 3PIM is a module built to integrate directly between Instant Accounting and Online Banking Enterprise™, specifically to accommodate reporting for the 3PIM system.

The purpose of this guide is to demonstrate to the Administrator how to setup Instant 3PIM and use this simple functionality for optimal use. This guide focuses specifically on the reporting aspect of Instant 3PIM and is not an exhaustive account of every option available to the user.

 

If you are currently using Instant Accounting as your accounting solution, you can still sign into Instant 3PIM, provided that your Trust account is delinked from Instant Accounting and linked to Instant 3PIM.

 

Note: by linking your Trust account to Instant 3PIM, the system will automatically import all the linked Investment accounts.

Statements can be exported from Online Banking Enterprise™ and imported directly into your line of business system.

You can import a Payment file which has been created off-line using the (.csv) spreadsheet provided below or you can use the Bankserv (.txt) or ISO 2022 PAIN file directly from your own accounting package.

You can import a Collection and/NAEDO file which has been created off-line using the (.csv) spreadsheet provided by FNB or you can use the Bankserv (.txt) or ISO 2022 PAIN file directly from your own accounting package.

 

 

Verify Account Owner

You can import the details that you want to verify using the (.csv) spreadsheet provided by FNB Online or use the Bankserv (.txt) file directly from your own accounting package.
